California Young Playwrights Contest – Submission Deadline

The Contest is open to all Californians under the age of 19. Submit your original scripts for a chance to win a production in next year’s Plays by Young Writers Festival. All entrees are reviewed by theatre professionals and receive feedback when requested. Accepting entries beginning August 1 through June 1, 2026.
